## Talent Strategy Pilot
Join our **12-month advisory experience** designed for franchised operators to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive results.

Many operators and Talent Directors have access to high-quality HR tools and resources — and not enough time or guidance to use them well. This pilot is designed to change that.
Through a structured but flexible advisory relationship led by Zach Evers & Dr. Alexander C. Pullen, Sr., you will receive practical support for the people challenges that matter most to your business. We will help you make better use of your SHRM membership, think through real situations with an experienced advisor, and learn alongside a confidential group of peers.

- **Monthly advisory conversations:** Practical one-to-one conversations focused on what you're working on now. No generic advice — just relevant thinking and curated resources.
- **Quarterly peer sessions:** Facilitated conversations with a small, confidential group of operators and people leaders. Learn from peers; share what's working.
- **Six-month check-in:** A formal touchpoint at mid-year to assess progress and focus the second half of the program.
- **SHRM membership included:** One membership managed on your behalf, with guidance on how to actually use what's available to you.
